Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shineish, every piece is crafted with care, just for you. Because our jewelry is made-to-order, we follow a special policy for returns and refunds to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color selection
  • General dissatisfaction

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll gladly make it right.

Replacements (Remakes)

You may be eligible for a free replacement if your item:

  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Was damaged during shipping
  • Was sent with incorrect customization
  • Is missing parts

To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your support email], including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll ship a new item to you at no extra charge.

Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer cash refunds in most cases.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The item cannot be remade (e.g. product discontinued)
  • The order was cancelled before production
  • There was a confirmed error on our end (e.g. duplicate order, fraud)

In such cases, we may issue store credit or ShineCash to use on future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Final Sale items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, production begins and we cannot cancel or refund the order.
